First printing of this BCE hardcover copy of Triad by Mary Leader (Coward, McCann & Geoghegan, 1973). Rare hardcover copy of this cult classic supernatural / paranormal fantasy horror novel. Gutter code, “D35” indicates a first printing of this edition. Jacket now protected in new archival sleeve but with liquid damage causing discoloration to bottom edges, chipping and tears mostly to top edge and previous owner’s name written on front liner flap. Boards are fairly straight and clean. A few instances of mildly split binding and spine leans very slightly. Bottom half of many pages slightly wavy and with some faint staining due to liquid damage.
